How to Reset Your Loop Password

Forgot your password? You can reset it directly from the Loop login page and receive a password reset link by email.

Overview

If you're unable to sign in because you've forgotten your password, you can quickly reset it using the password recovery option on the login screen.

Once requested, we'll send a password reset link to your email address so you can create a new password and regain access to your account.

How do I reset my password?

1. Go to the login page

Navigate to the Loop login page and enter:

  • Your email address

  • The password you believe may be associated with your account

2. Select "Reset Password"

If the password entered is incorrect, you'll be prompted with a Reset Password option. Click Reset Password to continue.

3. Check your email

A password reset email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Open the email and click the password reset link.

4. Create a new password

Follow the instructions in the email to create and confirm your new password. Once completed, return to the login page and sign in with your new password.

  • Password reset links are sent to the email address associated with your Loop account.

  • If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.

  • Make sure you're checking the correct email inbox linked to your account.
