Overview
Connecting your bank account lets you move money between Loop and your external business account for funding, payments, and transfers.
Loop uses a secure connection to your financial institution — your banking credentials are never visible to Loop.
If your account doesn’t verify right away, don’t worry — you’ll receive clear instructions to complete the verification process by email.
Steps to connect your bank account
Go to Settings
From your Loop Dashboard, click Settings → Bank Accounts → Add Bank Account.
Sign in to your bank
Proceed through your bank’s secure login.
Loop cannot see or store your passwords or security credentials.
Wait for automatic verification
In most cases, your bank account will verify instantly.
Once verified, your account will appear in the Bank Accounts section of your Dashboard.
If your account doesn’t verify automatically
Check for an email from Loop — depending on the situation, one of the following may apply:
Email mismatch: If the email tied to your Loop account is different from your bank account email, check your bank account inbox for a verification email from Loop. This email includes a one-click verification link.
Additional verification needed: If further verification is required, you’ll receive an email from Loop with details on how to upload your bank statement securely to complete verification.
Once verified, your account is ready to use for funding, Auto-Pay, or sending and receiving payments.
Notes
Verification is required before you can add cards, load funds, or send payments.
Check your email (both inbox and spam) if your account doesn’t verify immediately.
For security, Loop will never ask for your banking passwords by email or phone.
