Connecting your Loop USD Bank Account to PayPal helps you manage funds more easily between platforms. Once linked, you’ll be able to move money to and from PayPal securely.
This guide walks you through the steps to add your Loop account as a new U.S. bank in PayPal and complete the verification process.
Steps
Get your Loop bank details
Go to your Loop Dashboard.
Select Accounts → USD Account → Bank Details.
Copy your Account Number, Routing Number, and Account Name.
Go to PayPal Settings
Log in to your PayPal account.
Click the Settings icon, then select Link New Bank Account.
Search for Loop
In the search bar, type “Loop.”
If Loop does not appear, click Enter your bank details.

Choose “Link a U.S. bank instead”
Scroll down and select Link a U.S. bank instead.
Enter your Loop USD Bank details
Paste the Routing Number and Account Number from your Loop Bank Details page.
Confirm your Account Type (usually Checking).
Review and confirm the information.
Wait for verification deposits
PayPal will send two small deposits (between $0.01 and $0.99) to your Loop USD Bank Account.
This can take up to 3 business days.
Verify your Loop account in PayPal
Once the deposits appear in your Loop account, go back to your PayPal Bank Accounts settings.
Enter the exact deposit amounts where prompted.
After confirmation, your Loop USD Bank Account will be linked to PayPal.
Tips
If the deposits don’t appear after 3 business days, double-check your routing and account numbers.
