Loop Cards give your team flexible, secure spending power for both online and in-person purchases. You can create as many cards as your plan allows and decide whether each card is funded from your Loop Account or your Credit Card Limit.
This guide walks you through creating a new card, choosing the right type, and setting it up for immediate use.
Steps to Create a Loop Card
Go to your Cards page
From your Loop Dashboard, click Cards → View Cards.
Click Create New Card
In the upper-right corner, click Create New Card.
Choose your card type
Select whether you want a Virtual Card or a Physical Card.
Virtual Cards: Ideal for online purchases like subscriptions, ads, or eCommerce payments.
Physical Cards: Great for in-person use anywhere Visa is accepted.
Select your funding source
If your business has a credit limit, you’ll be asked whether to link the card to your Credit Card Limit or your Loop Account.
Complete the card creation form
Fill out the card details (such as name, spending limit, or team member if applicable).
For Physical Cards, you’ll also:
Create a PIN number.
Enter the shipping address for delivery.
Confirm and create your card
Review your details and click Create Card.
Virtual Cards are active instantly.
Physical Cards will be shipped to the address you entered.
Tips
You can create multiple Virtual Cards to manage different vendors, teams, or expense categories.
Physical card delivery times vary but typically take a few business days.
Only authorized users or admins can create new Cards.
