Overview

Loop gives businesses flexibility when managing company spending by allowing multiple virtual and physical cards per account.

The number of cards available to you depends on your plan. Virtual cards are ideal for online purchases, subscriptions, and ads, while physical cards make in-person payments easy anywhere Visa is accepted.

Best Practices for Virtual Cards

Virtual cards should be used only for their intended business purposes, such as:

  • Online purchases

  • Paying bills or vendors

  • Advertising and marketing expenses

  • Managing subscription services

Loop’s fair use policy ensures that cards are used responsibly and within reasonable limits to maintain security and platform performance.

If you’re unsure about the fair use guidelines or run into limits when creating cards, contact Loop Support for assistance.

Notes

  • You can create new cards instantly from your Cards page.

  • Physical cards must be shipped and activated before use.

  • If your team needs more cards than your plan allows, consider upgrading to Loop Plus or Loop Power for expanded limits.
