Overview
You can manage your PIN from the Cards section in your Loop Dashboard. Once you open your physical card details page, the More menu gives you three PIN-related options:
Set PIN
View PIN
Reset PIN
These options let you create a new 4-digit PIN, access the View PIN flow, or reset your PIN attempts directly from the card details page.
Steps to access your PIN options
Log in to your Loop Dashboard.
From the left sidebar, click Cards → View Cards.
Find the physical card you want to manage and click View Card.
On the card details page, click More.
Choose one of the available options:
Set PIN
View PIN
Reset PIN
How to Set your PIN
To create or update your PIN:
Open your card and click More → Set PIN.
Enter your new 4-digit PIN.
Confirm the same PIN again.
Click Save Changes.
How to activate your new PIN
After saving a new PIN, you’ll need to activate it at a terminal.
When making a purchase in Canada
If you know your old PIN:
Enter your old PIN.
When the PIN fails, enter your new PIN at the same terminal.
Your new PIN will now be activated.
If you forgot your old PIN:
Enter your new PIN.
If the PIN fails, enter it 3 more times at the same terminal.
Your new PIN will now be activated.
When making a purchase outside Canada or at an ATM:
Enter your new PIN.
Your new PIN will now be activated.
How to View your PIN
To view your PIN:
Open your card and click More → View PIN.
Your PIN details will appear in the pop-up window.
Click Close when finished.
How to Reset your PIN attempts
To reset your PIN attempts:
Open your card and click More → Reset PIN.
In the pop-up window, click Reset Pin.
How to complete the reset
Once you click Reset Pin, you’ll need to complete the reset at a terminal.
When making a purchase in Canada:
Enter your PIN.
If the card is declined, attempt another transaction at the same terminal.
Your PIN attempts should now be reset and the transaction successful.
When making a purchase outside Canada or at an ATM:
Enter your PIN.
Your PIN attempts should now be reset and the transaction successful.
Tips
PIN options are available from the More menu on the physical card details page.
After setting a new PIN or resetting PIN attempts, you may need to complete a terminal transaction to finish the process.

Where do I find the PIN settings for my card?
Go to Cards → View Cards, open your card with View Card, then click More.

Do I need to activate a new PIN after setting it?
Yes. After creating a new PIN, you’ll need to activate it at a terminal. The steps are slightly different depending on whether you’re in Canada or outside Canada.
Why can’t I view my PIN?
In some cases, your current PIN may not be available to view from the Dashboard. If this happens, your PIN still works and does not need to be changed. If you’ve forgotten it, you can set a new PIN instead. After setting a new PIN, you’ll be able to view it normally.
Can I view my PIN from the Dashboard?
You can access the View PIN flow from your card details page by clicking More → View PIN.
