Overview
When a Loop Card is lost, stolen, or compromised, the first step is to secure your account by suspending the affected card. Once that’s done, you can instantly issue a replacement from your Dashboard.
Virtual cards are active immediately and ready for use online. Physical cards are printed, personalized, and shipped to your address — usually within a few business days.
Steps to Replace a Loop Card
1. Report your old card
From your Dashboard, go to Cards → View Cards.
Select the card you want to replace.
Click Report Lost or Stolen to permanently suspend it.
Suspended cards can’t be reactivated or charged again.
This prevents any further unauthorized transactions.
Tip: If you notice unusual transactions, report the card right away to protect your account.
