Overview

If you need to pause card activity or report a missing card, Loop lets you freeze or suspend it directly from your Dashboard.

Freezing a card temporarily stops all transactions and can be reversed at any time. Reporting a card as lost or stolen permanently suspends it for your security.

Steps

  1. Go to Cards → View Cards.

  2. Click on the card you’d like to freeze or suspend.

  3. The card details will appear on the right-hand side of the screen.

    Click Freeze Card.

    • Any attempted transactions on a frozen card will be declined.

    • The card can be unfrozen through this page at any time by either the account admin or the cardholder.

  4. If the card is lost, select Report Lost or Stolen to permanently suspend the card.

    • You’ll be prompted to confirm your choice.

    • This action cannot be undone.

Notes

  • Frozen cards can be reactivated at any time.

  • Lost or stolen cards are permanently suspended for your protection and cannot be used again.

  • It’s a good idea to review recent transactions if you suspect unauthorized activity.
