Overview
Some online stores require a ZIP or postal code that matches your card’s billing address to process a payment. With Loop, you can easily add one extra address — either Canadian or U.S. — to any of your Loop Cards.
This gives you flexibility when shopping or paying vendors who require a local address format for their payment gateway.
Steps to Add or Edit an Address
Go to the Cards page
From your Loop Dashboard, click Cards to view your active cards.
Select a Loop Card
Click on the card you’d like to add or edit the address for. A pop-up window will appear with your card details.
Open the Supported Addresses tab
In the pop-up window, click on the Supported Addresses tab to view your current addresses.
Note: You must be the cardholder or an Account Admin to edit card addresses.
Add or edit an address
Click on the address field you’d like to add or update. You can enter one additional Canadian and one U.S.address per Loop Card.
Save your changes
Once saved, you’ll be able to use the alternate address — complete with postal or ZIP code — when completing purchases that require a local billing address.
That’s it! Your Loop Card now supports multiple addresses for smoother checkout experiences at home or abroad.

Each Loop Card can have one Canadian and one U.S. address.
Alternate addresses can be used for online or subscription payments requiring a specific billing location.
Only cardholders or Admins can make address changes.
Address changes take effect immediately.

Why do I need multiple addresses?
Some U.S. merchants require a ZIP code for billing verification. Adding a U.S. address allows your Loop Card to process those payments successfully.
Can I add more than two addresses?
No. Each Loop Card supports one Canadian and one U.S. address.
Does changing the address affect my existing transactions?
No. Address changes only affect future transactions.
Can I remove an address later?
Yes. You can edit or delete an address anytime from the Supported Addresses tab.
