Overview
Your contact information keeps your Loop account secure and ensures you receive important updates. You can manage your contact details anytime from your Account Settings, including your phone number. For security reasons, email address changes are handled by the Loop support team to protect your account from unauthorized access.
Steps
Go to your Dashboard.
Log in to your Loop account and click your profile icon.
Open Account Settings.
From the menu, select Account Settings, then click the Personal tab.
Update your phone number.
Find the Phone Number field.
Click Edit, enter your new number, and save your changes.
Your updated number will take effect immediately.
To change your email address:
Email support@bankonloop.com from your current registered email.
Include your full name and the new email address you’d like to use.
For security, our team will give you a quick call to verify your identity before completing the change.
