A payment may fail for several reasons, including invalid banking details, insufficient funds, or network issues between banks. Most failed payments are easy to resolve once the issue is identified.

Loop automatically notifies you if a payment doesn’t go through, and our Support Team is always ready to assist in reviewing, resubmitting, or troubleshooting your transaction.

Steps to Troubleshoot

  1. Check your payment details

    • Confirm that all account numbers, payee names, and currency selections are correct.

  2. Verify available funds

    • Ensure the sending account has enough balance to cover the payment.

  3. Review notifications in your Dashboard

    • Look for any messages or alerts explaining why the payment failed.

  4. Retry or contact Loop Support

    • If everything appears correct but the payment still fails, contact our Support Team for assistance.

    • They can review the transaction, identify the issue, and guide you through next steps.
