Overview

Loop makes it simple to pay vendors, suppliers, and contractors around the world. You can send funds in 25+ global currencies without needing multiple bank accounts or worrying about complex wire instructions.

When you send an international payment, Loop automatically routes your transfer through the optimal network — whether it’s SWIFT, ACH, EFT, or Faster Payments — ensuring reliability, speed, and transparent fees.


Steps

  1. Loop into the Loop Dashboard.

  2. Add the international payee.

    • Navigate to Send Payments.

    • Click Add Payee and enter the recipient’s details, including their name, address, and international banking information (like IBAN or SWIFT/BIC code).

    • You can also request these details directly from the payee through the platform.

  3. Start a new payment.

    • Go to Send Payments and select the payee from your saved list.

    • Choose your funding source — either your Loop account or a connected external bank account.

    • Enter the amount and select the currency you want to send.

  4. Confirm payment details.

    • Review all information carefully, including exchange rate and recipient details.

    • Loop automatically determines the most efficient international payment route (e.g., SWIFT or local transfer).

  5. Send and view confirmation.

    • Submit your payment.

    • Once sent, you’ll receive a confirmation and can download a payment receipt from your dashboard.
