Countries where the Loop Card is not accepted

Loop Cards can be used anywhere Visa is accepted — except in a small number of countries where transactions are blocked for compliance/regulatory reasons. This list applies to all Loop Cards (virtual and physical, credit and Account-Linked).

Updated over 2 months ago

Overview

While your Loop Card offers global acceptance, there are certain regions and countries where transactions are restricted. These restrictions are based on international sanctions, anti-money laundering regulations, and security considerations.

Loop automatically blocks transactions attempted in these regions, meaning any card purchase or payment made there will be declined.

If you’re travelling or making international payments, we recommend checking this list before using your card, as it may change from time to time.
