How can I view all of my payment history?

You can view all your sent payments from the Send Payments section of your Loop Dashboard. This view lets you see payment details such as date, amount, currency, and payee information — helping you stay on top of your outgoing transfers.

Overview

Your Loop Dashboard keeps a full record of all payments you’ve sent to your payees. From one place, you can see which account the funds were sent from, review payment details, and check currency conversions or transfer methods.

This article explains how to view your payment history and what information is available.


Steps

  1. Go to your Dashboard.

    Log in to your Loop account and open the Send Payments section.

  2. Select the Payments tab.

    You’ll see a list of all payments you’ve sent to your payees.

  3. Review your payment history.

    The table shows key details for each payment, including:

    • Payee name

    • Account the funds were sent from

    • Date of transfer

    • Currency

    • Method of transfer

  4. Click More details for a specific payment.

    This expands the record to show:

    • Payee’s banking information

    • Any currency conversions or applied exchange rates

    • Additional transfer details and status updates

  5. Check your permissions (if needed).

    To view this section, make sure your user permissions include View and manage all payments

    If you don’t see the payment history tab, ask an admin to update your access.


Notes / Tips

  • Only users with “View and manage all payments” enabled can access payment history.

  • You can sort or filter payments by payee name, date, or amount.

  • Keep your records current by periodically reviewing your sent payments, especially for recurring payees.

FAQs

Can I see payments made by other team members?

Yes, if your user role includes permission to view and manage all payments.

Does Loop show exchange rates used in each transfer?

Yes. Click More details on any payment to see currency conversion and exchange rate information.

Why don’t I see any payments listed?

You may not have the correct permission level. Ask your workspace admin to update your access settings.
