How to Download a Payment Confirmation in Loop Financial
If you need to download a payment confirmation for your records or to share with a third party, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Payment Section: - Open the Loop Financial app or website. - Go to the Send Payments section.
Access Payment History: - Within the Send Payments section, locate and select Payment History.
Select the Transaction: - Browse through your payment history to find the specific transaction for which you need a confirmation. - Click or tap View next to the transaction.
Download the Confirmation: - Once the transaction details are displayed, select the option to Download Confirmation. - The confirmation document will be saved to your device and can be shared as needed.
