How to download the Loop app

On iPhone (iOS):

  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone

  2. Search for "Loop Financial"

  3. Tap Get to download

  4. Open the app and tap Log in to sign in with your existing Loop credentials

On Android:

  1. Open the Google Play Store

  2. Search for "Loop Financial"

  3. Tap Install

  4. Open the app and tap Log in to sign in with your existing credentials

Is the Loop mobile app free?
Yes. The app is free to download on iOS and Android and will be available to all Loop customers at no additional cost.

Can I sign up for Loop through the mobile app?
Yes. Tap Sign up on the welcome screen to begin your Loop application. Most applicants complete the process in under 10 minutes.

Do I need to set anything up if I already have a Loop account?
No. Download the app, log in with your existing Loop email and password, and everything is already there — accounts, cards, payees, and settings.

Can I manage all my team cards from the app?
Yes. You can freeze or unfreeze any card, view card details, manage spending limits, and report a card lost or stolen — for any card on your Loop account.

What is Loop AI?
Loop AI (Beta) is a conversational AI feature built into the app that answers questions about your accounts and spending. You can ask for expense breakdowns by category, spending summaries, recurring payment identification, and more. It can generate charts on request.

Is Loop AI available to all users?
Loop AI is currently in Beta and available to all Loop mobile app users. Responses are AI-generated based on your account data. Always verify important financial details directly through your Loop account.

Can I approve team payments from the mobile app?
Yes. If your account has payment approval workflows configured, you can review and approve or deny pending payments directly from the app.

Is the app available on both iOS and Android?
Yes. The Loop app is available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Does the app support Face ID or Touch ID?
Yes. The Loop app supports Face ID and Touch ID (biometric login) on supported devices for fast and secure sign-in.
