Accessing Your Card and Balances

To view balances, statements, and make payments:

  1. Log in to your Loop Dashboard.

  2. Click Cards on the left-hand side of your screen.

  3. Here, you can:

    • View your credit balance in each currency.

    • Access current and previous statements.

    • Pay your balance directly from your Loop Account.


Viewing Your Statement

Your monthly statement is automatically emailed to you, but you can also view or download it anytime.

To access it manually:

  1. Go to Cards in your Loop Dashboard.

  2. Select your Credit Card.

  3. Click View Statements to download current or past statements.

Each statement shows your balances per currency, with all transactions listed underneath.


Paying Your Balance

You can pay your Loop Global Visa Credit Card balance directly from your Loop Account in three ways:


Option 1: Pay Each Currency Balance Separately

Ideal if you hold balances in multiple currency accounts.

  1. Select In Individual Currencies.

  2. Choose what you’d like to pay:

    • Statement Balance: The total amount owing from your last statement.

    • Current Balance: Includes recent charges made since your last statement.

    • Minimum Amount Due: Available only for CAD statements. All outstanding balances in other currencies must be paid in full.

  3. Choose which Loop Account to pay from for each currency.

  4. Click Review, then Submit Transfer.


Option 2: Pay All Card Balances in CAD or USD

If you prefer a one-click option:

  1. Choose Pay All in CAD or Pay All in USD.

  2. Loop automatically converts all outstanding balances into the payment currency you selected.

Option 3: Make a Custom Payment

To make a custom or partial payment:

  1. Go to Cards → Balances and Limit.

  2. Under Statement Balances, select your desired currency and navigate to your latest statement.

  3. Click Add below the balance to enter your payment amount.

Tips

  • You have up to 55 days interest-free if you pay your statement balance in full by the due date.

  • Paying early restores available credit and avoids late fees.

  • Payments are processed instantly when made from your Loop Account.

  • You can automate or schedule payments directly from your dashboard.

  • Earn and redeem rewards for travel and gift cards as you spend.

You won’t pay interest if you pay your statement balance in full by the due date, giving you up to 55 days interest-free.

What’s my credit limit?

Limits are approved based on eligibility and requirements and can be as high as $1 million. You can check your Card limit in Cards → Balances and Limit → Card Limit.

How can I make payments?

You can pay balances per currency, pay all in CAD or USD, or make custom payments from your Loop Account.

Yes. You earn Loop Rewards automatically, which can be redeemed for travel or gift cards.
