Choose the product you’d like to export transactions for.

  3. Click Export Transactions

Select the Export Transactions button at the top of the page.

  4. Choose your file format

Pick Excel (.xlsx) or CSV (.csv) as your preferred export type.

Tips

  • Exported files include key transaction details such as date, merchant, amount, and payment method.

  • If filters are applied (e.g., date range, card, or account), only the filtered transactions will be included in the export.

  • You can re-export data at any time — there’s no limit to how often you export.

FAQs

Can I export all my Loop transactions at once?

Yes. If no filters are applied, your export will include all transactions across the selected product.

What’s the difference between CSV and Excel exports?

Both formats include the same data — choose Excel if you want ready-to-use formatting, or CSV for easier importing into accounting software.

Can I automate transaction exports?

Not yet — exports are currently manual, but automated export options are planned for future releases.
