Overview

Downloading your Loop transaction history is a simple way to keep your records organized and synced with your accounting software.

Whether you’re reconciling expenses, matching receipts, or preparing month-end reports, Loop lets you export transaction data in just a few clicks.

How to export your transaction history

  1. Go to your Transactions page

    • Log in to your Loop Dashboard.

    • Click Transactions in the left-side menu.

  2. Select the account type

    • Choose the type of account activity you want to view:

      • Cards – for all Loop Card transactions.

      • Payments – for outgoing vendor or supplier payments.

      • Accounts – for all deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.

  3. Filter your transactions (optional)

    • Use filters to narrow down by date range, currency, card, or user.

    • This helps you export only the data you need for reconciliation or reporting.

  4. Click Export → CSV

    • In the top-right corner, click Export and select CSV.

  5. Download and upload to your accounting software

    • The CSV file will download to your device.

    • You can then upload it directly into your accounting platform (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or Wave) for easy reconciliation.

Notes

  • CSV exports include transaction details such as date, merchant, amount, currency, and cardholder name.

  • The exported file can be opened in any spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
