How to receive payments into your Loop Account

You can receive payments directly into your Loop CAD, USD, EUR, and GBP accounts from platforms like Shopify, Stripe, or any other payor. Setup takes just a few minutes — simply share your Loop account details with the sender.

Overview

Loop makes it easy to accept payments from clients, marketplaces, and payment processors around the world. Each of your Loop accounts has unique account details that you can share to receive funds in the correct currency.

In this article, you’ll learn how to find your account details and share them with payors.


Steps to receive payments

  1. From your Loop Dashboard, navigate to Accounts.

  2. Find the currency account you’d like to receive the payment into (CAD, USD, EUR, or GBP).

  3. Click View Account Details to see your account number, transit, institution, and other required information.

  4. You can either copy the details directly or download the Account Details PDF, which includes all the information your payor needs to send funds.

  5. Once the payment is sent, it will appear in your Loop account when processed by the sending bank or platform.

  • Loop CAD and USD accounts can receive payments from Amazon.

  • Always confirm you’re sharing the correct currency account details to avoid payment delays.
