Loop Rewards help you get more from your everyday business spend. Points accumulate automatically when you use Loop for eligible purchases, and you can redeem them later for cash back or gift cards.
This article explains how many points you earn per unit of spend, based on your Loop Plan.
Earning rates by Loop Plan
Loop Basic Plan ($0/month) — Earn 1 point per 1 CAD spent.
Loop Plus Plan ($79/month) — Earn 2 points per 1 CAD; 1 point per 1 USD, GBP, or EUR spent.
Loop Power Plan ($299/month) — Earn 2 points per 1 CAD, USD, GBP, or EUR spent.
1 Loop point equals 0.5% cash back.
How to view your total points balance
Go to your Dashboard.
Select Rewards & Offers.
Your total points balance appears at the top left of the page.
Notes
Points are earned automatically when transactions settle.
You can redeem points for gift cards at major retailers and travel sites.
Cash back value may vary by reward type.

Do I earn points on all transactions?
You’ll earn points on most eligible purchases. Some transactions (like cash advances or fees) may not qualify.
Can I earn points in multiple currencies?
Yes. Loop automatically tracks spending in CAD, USD, GBP, and EUR according to your plan’s earning rate.
When do points appear in my balance?
Points usually post shortly after your transaction clears.
Can I change my plan to earn more points?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime in your account settings.
