Overview

Notifications help you and your team stay informed about important account activity — from payments being sent to deposits received. Loop lets you configure both business and user notifications, so you can decide what to be alerted about and how to receive those updates.

This guide explains how to access and set up your notification preferences.

Steps

  1. Go to your Dashboard.

Log in to your Loop account and click the Settings icon.

  2. Open the Notifications tab.

In Settings, select Notifications to view all available options.

  3. Choose your notification type.

    You’ll see two sections:

    • Business Notifications — manage alerts for company-wide activity.

    • User Notifications — manage your personal alerts.

  4. Set up User Notifications.

    • Enter or update your phone number to receive SMS notifications.

    • Save your changes to start receiving alerts.

  5. Configure Business Notifications.

Under Business Notifications, you can manage four main categories:

    • Card Notifications: e.g., approved or refunded card transactions.

    • Account Notifications: e.g., deposit received or withdrawal created.

    • Line of Credit Notifications: updates on credit usage or payments.

    • Payment Notifications: alerts for sent, received, or scheduled payments.

  6. Assign users to notifications.

For each sub-category, select which users should receive an email notification when that specific action occurs.

  7. Save your settings.

Click Save or Update Notifications to confirm your preferences.

Tips

  • Only users with permission to manage company settings can adjust business notifications.

  • You can add or remove recipients anytime from the Notifications tab.

  • It’s best to review your settings regularly to ensure the right team members receive alerts for key actions.
