Loop generates monthly statements for your Operating Accounts, Currency Accounts, and Loop Global Visa Credit Card. Statements give you a clear record of all transactions, balances, and activity for the previous month β making bookkeeping, reconciliation, and audit preparation straightforward.

When Are Statements Generated?
Statements are generated automatically at the close of each calendar month. Here's what to expect:

Loop Global Visa Credit Card | Generated on your statement closing date (visible in your Loop Dashboard under Credit Card) |
Statements may occasionally take a few extra days during high-volume periods or after month-end bank processing windows.
Where to Find Your Statements
Log in to your Loop Dashboard at app.bankonloop.com
Navigate to the account you want a statement for (e.g., your CAD Operating Account or Credit Card)
Click Statements to view and download available monthly statements as PDF files
You can also access statements through the Loop mobile app under the relevant account section.
FAQs
Why can't I see my statement for last month? Statements are generate on the 10th day of the following month. For example, on April 10th, your account statement will be available for the month of March. If it's been longer than 10 business days, contact Loop Support for assistance.
Can I download my statements as a PDF? Yes. All statements are available as downloadable PDF files from your Loop Dashboard.
Do I get separate statements for each currency account? Yes. Each account β CAD, USD, EUR, GBP, and Credit Card β generates its own monthly statement.
Can I get a statement for a specific date range? Standard statements cover full calendar months. For custom date ranges, you can use the transaction export feature in your Loop Dashboard or contact Loop Support.
