What is my billing cycle?

Your billing cycle is the recurring period that determines when your credit card balance resets. You can view it anytime in your Loop Dashboard under Cards → View Balances. Your billing cycle stays the same each month.

Overview

Your billing cycle shows the start and end dates for each monthly statement period. It helps you track when your new spending period begins and when payments are due. In Loop, you can easily find your billing cycle right from your Cards dashboard.


How to view your billing cycle

  1. Go to your Loop Dashboard.

  2. Select Cards from the main menu.

  3. Click View Balances.

  4. Your billing cycle appears in the bottom right corner of the screen.

Your billing cycle remains the same every month — it doesn’t change or reset unless notified otherwise.

  • The billing cycle determines when your statement closes and when payments are due.

  • Knowing your cycle can help you plan spending and repayments efficiently.
