Your billing period (also known as your billing cycle) is the recurring timeframe that determines when your credit card statement closes and your balance is calculated. You can view it at any time in your Loop Dashboard under Cards → Balances. Your billing period remains the same each month unless otherwise communicated.
Overview
Your billing period shows the start and end dates for each monthly statement period. It helps you track when your new spending period begins and when payments are due. In Loop, you can easily find your billing period right from your Cards dashboard.
How to view your billing period
Go to your Loop Dashboard.
Select Cards from the main menu.
Click Balances.
Your current billing period appears in the top right corner of the screen.
Your billing period remains the same every month; it doesn't change or reset unless notified otherwise.
