Overview

Auto-Pay ensures your Loop card statements are fully paid on time without manual work. Once set up, we automatically initiate the payment 7 days before your due date to allow time for clearing. You’ll get confirmations and alerts if anything needs your attention. Need to pay manually sometimes? No problem, Auto-Pay will only charge the remaining statement balance when it runs.

Set up Auto-Pay

  1. Go to Cards → Balances and Limit in your Loop Dashboard.

  2. Click Pay Balance.

  3. Select Activate to open the Automatic Payment setup.

  4. Choose your payment currency: Pay All in CAD or Pay All in USD.

  5. Select the funding account to withdraw from.

  6. Review and agree to the Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) agreement.

  7. Click Enable Automatic Payment.

That’s it, your full statement balance will now be paid automatically each cycle.

  • To change currency, funding account, or turn Auto-Pay off, return to Cards → Balances and Limit → Pay Balance and select Disable Autopay or update your settings.

How the timing works

  • We initiate the Auto-Pay 7 days before your payment due date.

  • This timing allows up to 4 business days for the payment to clear.

  • If you make a manual payment before Auto-Pay runs, Auto-Pay will only charge the remaining statement balance.

Notes / Tips

  • Auto-Pay always pays the full statement balance (not minimums or custom amounts).

  • Make sure your funding account has sufficient funds before the initiation date.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when the withdrawal is made.
