How to connect a sales channel to your Loop Account

Connect your sales channels to Loop in just a few clicks to sync payouts, simplify reconciliation, and track your revenue in one place. You can manage all your integrations directly from the Sales Integrations section in your Loop Dashboard.

Overview

Connecting your sales channel (like Shopify, Stripe, Amazon, or Square) allows Loop to automatically link your payout information and transaction history to your account.

Once connected, Loop can display payout activity, make fund transfers seamless, and help you manage cross-border income in multiple currencies — all from your dashboard.


How to connect a sales channel

  1. Go to Settings

    • Log in to your Loop Dashboard.

    • Click Settings in the bottom-left corner of your screen.

  2. Open Sales Integrations

    • In the Settings menu, select Sales Integrations.

  3. Click Connect Channel

    • You’ll see a list of supported platforms such as Shopify, Stripe, Amazon, and PayPal.

    • Click Connect Channel.

  4. Select your sales channel

    • Choose the platform you want to connect (for example, Shopify).

  5. Follow the on-screen prompts

    • You’ll be redirected to your sales channel’s login or authorization page.

    • Sign in and grant access to Loop to complete the connection.

  6. Confirm the connection

    • Once connected, your sales channel will appear in your Sales Integrations list.

    • Loop will automatically begin syncing payout data from that platform.


Notes

  • Make sure to verify your User Permissions in Settings when you are connecting a Sales Channel to confirm you are authorized to perform this action.

  • You can connect multiple Sales Channels to your Loop account.

  • To disconnect a sales channel, go to Settings → Sales Integrations, click the channel, and select Disconnect.

  • Some sales platforms may require verification before syncing data.
