Where do I find PAD information?

Find and download your Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) details from your CAD or USD Operating Account in the Loop Dashboard. PADs are for local debits only.

You can find and download your Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) information directly from your Operating Account in the Loop Dashboard.

Overview

PAD information is available for CAD and USD Operating Accounts only. EUR and GBP Operating Accounts cannot be direct debited. You'll need these details when setting up direct debits or authorizing payments to be withdrawn from your account.

PADs are used for local debits only and are not used for international payments. Note that the USD Operating Account is a local US account and does not support being debited via Canadian EFT.

How do I find my PAD information?

1. Log in to your Loop Dashboard.

2. From the left-hand menu, select Accounts.

3. Choose your CAD or USD Operating Account.

4. See details in the top right corner of the screen.

5. Select the Local option for your domestic transfer and PAD details (EFT or ACH).

6. Download the PDF to securely share your account details when needed.

Notes

  • PAD details are only available once your Operating Account is active.

  • PAD information is available for CAD and USD Operating Accounts only.

  • You can download and store the PDF safely for record-keeping or to share with verified partners.
