Where do I find PAD information?

You can find and download your Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) information directly from your Operating Account in the Loop Dashboard.

Overview

PAD information is available for Operating Accounts only. You’ll need these details when setting up direct debits or authorizing payments to be withdrawn from your account.

This article shows you how to access and download your PAD details from your Loop Dashboard.

Steps

  1. Log in to your Loop Dashboard.

  2. From the left-hand menu, select Accounts.

  3. Choose your Operating Account.

  4. Click Bank Details.

  5. Under Bank Details, choose:

    • Local — for domestic transfers and PAD details, or

    • International — for cross-border payments.

  6. Download the PDF for either option to securely share your account details when needed.

Notes

  • PAD details are only available once your Operating Account is active.

  • You can download and store the PDF safely for record-keeping or to share with verified partners.

PAD details are used to authorize another business or institution to debit funds directly from your Loop account.

Why can’t I see PAD information on my other accounts?

Only Operating Accounts support PAD functionality at this time.

Can I download both Local and International bank details?

Yes — PDFs for both Local and International details are available under Bank Details.

Is my PAD PDF secure to share?

Yes, but only share it with trusted and verified payment partners.
